Is the Membership program open to customers in all countries?
Unfortunately, at this moment in time, the Membership program is only available to customers in the United States and Canada.
How do I sign up for membership?
Add the Viasox membership to your cart and go through the checkout process like any other purchase. After checkout, you will be prompted to either create an account or sign in to your existing account.
How do I access my benefits?
Once you join the Membership Program, sign up or log in through the account page using the same email address used at checkout. Once signed in, your perks will automatically apply: 20% credit back on every order, free shipping over $35, and any exclusive members-only deals & promotions.
Is the Membership Program fee a recurring charge?
Yes, members pay $24 annually to access membership benefits. Your credit card on file is automatically charged every year until you cancel, either through your membership portal or by contacting our customer service team.
Do I need to have an account?
Yes. Once you sign up, you’ll be prompted to create an account (if you don’t already have one). This is how you will access your store credit, referral links, and manage your membership.
How can I cancel my Membership?
There are two ways to cancel your Membership program: a) You can log in to your account portal and cancel at any time. b) You can contact our customer service team at support@viasox.com.There are no termination fees or hidden costs associated with cancellation, but we do not provide refunds or credits, including partially used billing periods. If canceled, your membership will remain active until 12 months from the original date of purchase.
Can I request a refund for my Membership?
All Membership purchases are final and cannot be refunded. You can cancel your membership auto-renewal from your account portal at any time. If canceled, your membership will remain active until 12 months from the original date of purchase.
How can I update my payment method?

You must use the same email you used when purchasing your membership to access your benefits. You have to sign in to your account to access your membership benefits.
How can I check how many benefits (credit-back) I have accumulated?
You can check your balance in your account portal. Additionally, your balance will be visible to you at checkout if you're logged into your account.
How can I redeem my credits?
At checkout, you will be prompted to enter how much of your credit balance you would like to use for your order.

How long do store credits last?
Store credits expire 180 days after they're awarded.

The perk applies to all physical products. Gift cards or digital products (e.g., the membership itself) are excluded.
